2022 Festival

On Maundy Thursday, April 14 at 8pm in Skjólbrekka, the piano trio opus 70 no. 1 by Bethoveen, The Ghost Trio, was performed along with songs and opera arias.

On Good Friday, April 15 at 9pm in Reykjahlíðarkirkja, various duels of classical music were on the program; including a sonata for piano and violin by Mozart, movements from solo suites for cello by J.S.Bach and a selection of songs that frame the repertoire and commemorate the day.

Performers were, Ammiel Bushakevitz piano, Sigrún Hjálmtýsdóttir soprano, Laetitia Grimaldi soprano, Laufey Sigurðardóttir violin and Bryndís Halla Gylfadóttir cello.
